I utilize specialized movement screens and assessments to identify and address imbalances, asymmetries, and weaknesses. With the information obtained, I develop corrective exercise strategies to target each individual’s weakest links first to minimize the risk of injury and increase resilience. I continually progress exercise programming as needed to keep each person growing stronger every day to reach their specific fitness goals.
